Yantras

Yantra is a sanskrit word that is derived from the root meaning “to restrain, curb meanings for the noun derived from this root include “that which restrains or fastens, or support”, “a fetter”, “any instrument or machine”, “an amulet, a mystical or astronomical diagram used as an amulet.

It is a part of occult science.

Yantras means any physical form which can carry a charge of symbolism. Symbols of yantras refer to something denser and more real than the everyday world. They convey energy realities which are so inclusive and emotionally exciting as to go far beyond the limits of any ordinary object we can recognize from everyday human experience. The Shree yantra is the greatest and most complex of these. It has many subdivisions, and lesser diagrams may particularize and present its component forces.

Yantra is an geometric diagram whose numbers and circles have to be understood.It is definitely not a magical or jadoo-toona as is commonly belived.It is scientific.Yantra restrains, regulates, modulates, subdues, and sublimates all miseries born of desire, anger, hate, greed, love and other entities.

The fundamental is doing yourself and reap the results for better healthy living.

Example:

Swastik Yantra:

The swastika (from sanskrit svastika ???????? ) is an equilateral cross with its arms bent at right angles, in either right-facing (?) or left-facing (?) forms. The swastika can also be drawn as a traditional swastika, but with a second 90° bend in each arm.

Mahamrityunjaya Yantra:

 

(Yantra that keeps death away) This yantra shields the life and keeps death away due to a disease or accident. When doctors are unable to save a patient, this yantra saves him. Diseases are also cured by it. This yantra can be used in both static and mobile conditions.

Gayatri Yantra:

 

Gayatri yantra is regarded as a great source of energy that eradicates bad luck and generates good fortune. The worship of this yantra provides comforts in this world and a seat in Vishnu lok. The results of bad deeds of many are eliminated and divine knowledge is generated. This yantra should be established in a static position Gayatri is mother of all knowledge. Hence worshipping her makes one intelligent in all fields and grants power to cure all ailments.

Ganesh Yantra:

 

This yantra is a symbol of 12 names of lord Ganesh that give success in every respect. All jobs such as marriage, start of studies, commencement of construction of home, entry in home get completed successfully without any hurdle by worship of this yantra during difficult days. Apart from it, establishment of this yantra at home, its daily worship removes all hurdles.

Shree Yantra:

 

It is the topmost of all yantras and grants all boons. Deity is Godess Mahalakshmi. Each triangle has its own power which when activated can even give enlightenment. Famous temples of India like Dwarka, Tirupati Balaji, Shreenathji, Kedarnath, Badrinath etc all have this yantra installed.

Mantra

Mantra is a mystical formula based on a sound, a syllable, a word, a phrase or a verse which, when chanted in silence, solo, or chorus, creates wholesome vibrations and energy. Potentially effective when use in combination of Bandh, Yoga after shuddhi kriya.

Mantra is the soul of yantra; worship in yantra pleases the goddess. Mantra is the language of communication with a chosen deity mantras. When recited in special way with its given disciplinary rules gives its fruit. Mantras are used for various purposes. Here our concern is health related mantras.

Man in its original form has no supernatural power. Since the man is entirely a different form of creature with excellent intelligence and memory, god has been kind enough to impart him, some of his supernatural powers. But while doing so the technique of reciveness has been made very intrinsic. Spiritual practice should be continuous and with same gile throughout.

Rules and regulations are thought to seeker by proper guide to get best results. Mantra chanted in wrong way can bring undesired(may be harmful) effects. So a guide is needed.

The fundamental is doing yourself and reap the results for better healthy living. Mantra are beneficial to increase mental immunity.  Kanakaveda work with mantra chikitsa to enhance the results of Immunity products as well as different health programs.

Example:

Sanskrit Om:

OM is the first sound, first thought, Brahman and God. Om consists of three letters: A,U M, the beginning, the middle and the end. Aum includes / contains the past, the present and the future and also is beyond time itself

Aum knows neither fear nor death. Men, Dieties and Asuras take refuge in Aum. Sing it sotto voce and have no fear of anything. In sanskrit ‘a’ and ‘u’ combine to form ‘o’ sound and ‘m’ gives that resonance. Om is the syllable, the utterance of which helps a soul to penetrate Brahman proportionate to the degree of belief in it, detachment, abrogation of desires and contact with sense objects, and awareness.

Gayatri Mantra :

 

Om bhur-bhuvah-svah * tatsavitur varenyam * bhargo devasya dhimahi * dhiyo yo nah prachodayat

Om, let us contemplate upon the wonderful spirit of the divine creator of the terrestrial, atmospheric, and celestial regions. May he direct our minds (towards the acquisition of dharma, artha, kama and moksa).

The presiding deity of Gayatri is supreme Brahman, Devi, Vishnu, the Sun, or Saguna Brahman. A non-denominational mantra for all times, regions, religions, beliefs, races, creeds, colors, nationalities.

Mahamrityunjay Mantra :

Om hoom joom saha om bhu bhuvah swaha om triyambakam yajamahe sugandhim pushti vardanam uruvarukamiva bandhanan mrityor muksheeya mamritat swaha bhuvah bhu om saha joom hoom om

Omniscient divinity, we adore you.

O Lord full of excellent fragrance, you are the nourisher, the sustainer of all life. As the cucumber is freed from the stem, thus liberate us from death and grant us the nectar of immortality.

Mahamrityunjay mantra has the potency to remove all obstacles, cure all sorts of diseases. Lord Shiva is deity of this mantra who in himself is the topmost yogi and easily pleasable. Mrityunjaya means to overcome death.

Mudra

Mudra is a term with many meanings. It is used to signify gesture, a mystic position of he hands, a seal, or even a symbol. Mudras engage several areas in the brain influencing them and bringing about necessary changes on physical, mental and emotional plane. Area of hand forms reflex zone associated with brain and body; in this way we can consider our hands to be mirror image of our mind and body. Pressure at the pulp of fingers play an important role in bringing desired reflex.

Mudras can be done while seating, lying down, standing and walking. It is practiced from 3 minutes to 45min per day as guided by teacher.

Some mudras can also help during emergency period like Dizziness, Nausea, Heart attack, Acute attack of asthma etc.

Example:

Mrit Sanjivani Mudra

In the case of severe chest pain, heart attack, this life giving mudra provides instant relief within a few seconds. So can be used as first aid for all cardiac patients.

Apan Mudra

 

Provide relief in urinary problems facilitates discharge of waste material from the body. Cleanses & purifies body.
